Mr Topon Paul

Topon Ranjan Paul is a Registered Nurse, currently residing in Mildura. He is highly driven, diligent, enthusiastic, and well-organized registered nurse with more than 5 years of experience working in hospital, aged care, and general practice settings in Australia.

As a forward-thinking individual, he finished his Bachelor of Nursing at Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia, in 2018 with a 5.1 out of 7 GPA. He also finished his business management master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Bangladesh.

He worked in an aged care institution for the first time as a registered nurse in June 2019. His continued pursuit of nursing education has given him the chance to start his second registered nurse job at the tertiary hospital, Lyell Mc Ewin Hospital in Staff Health Services, in December 2020. Afterwards As a front-line healthcare supporter during a pandemic year, he joined the Covid Vaccination Team in March 2021 as an RN in the same hospital under Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN). During his tenure there, he transitioned from a senior vaccination provider to a mentor and team leader for immunisations. Over this time, he completed his certifications with SA Health in Understanding Vaccines and the National Immunisation Programme (Completed 2021). Moreover, prior to starting work at the hospital, he also obtained his certification in Understanding and Preventing Dementia from The Wicking Centre University of Tasmania (online June–September 2019).

While COVID eased down in the early months of 2022. Since he has always wanted to work as a critical care nurse, He applied for a position as an ICU RN at Lyell McEwin Hospital. where he worked from March 2022 to till December 2023 to realise his ambition.
In his own time, He enjoys playing sports like tennis and cricket and working out at the gym to maintain his physical and mental well-being. When he has the opportunity, He also enjoys volunteering for medical missions.
